10 Min Side Abs Workout – Intermediate Level / Oblique Burn / Loose Muffin Top / Slim Waist

Flatten your belly in just 10 minutes with this Oblique and Side Abs Workout! In this video you will find out how to get rid of love handles/muffin top. You don’t need any equipment and can do this workout at home.

Each exercise will be done for 30 second with no rest in between. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don’t need a rest – watch it the whole way through.

You can hit this home workout 3-5 x per week as a single ‘quick oblique burn’ workout or in combination with other workouts , targeting different muscle groups.
