For everyone keen on starting the new year with a juicy challenge, I have the right program for you!

Combine this 5MIN ABS WORKOUT with other workouts during 14 days, and see how you start to improve in strength and define lines on your core!

Goal is to be able to finish this workout without needing a break in between.

6 exercises à 50 seconds.
No breaks.
No equipment.
No weights.

All you need is yourself, a matt and motivation (and discipline on days where you’re lacking in motivation 🙂 )

It can feel hard at the beginning, but I promise you, it will get easier at one point.

Don’t forget, everything starts in your head.
