After all the cheat meals and skipping workouts during the past days of New Year celebrations, I am back to the grind with an easy and effective – No Equipment Abs Workout.
So here’s my go to 6-mins Abs Workout which I can fit in anywhere anytime and the best thing about this is that it requires no equipment at all. I just need my sneakers, a mat and I am sorted 💪🏻😍
P.S I have just started doing these exercises so still need to perfect my postures..
Straight Leg Up: 15 Reps
Side Toe Crunch (Left + Right): 12 Reps each side
Scissors: 20 Reps
Russian Twist: 20 Reps
Side Leg Raise (Left + Right): 10 Reps each side
One Leg Tuck (Left + Right): 12 Reps each side
Complete 4 rounds of the entire set and you can take 1 minute rest after every set.
