Burn Fat In 7 Days | Jump Rope & Intermittent Fasting | I Love It!

I tried the 7 day Jump Rope Challenge (1000 jumps a day) and Intermittent Fasting for a week. Before and After shots at the end of the video. It was worth a shot.

Anyways, if you’re going to try this workout with IF, make sure to eat well during your fasting window and drink lots of water to avoid getting dehydrated. Also, you can do some research or consult a doctor first just to be safe 🙂
