Burn fat and tone your whole body in just 7 minutes at home with me! If you have a high level of fitness, repeat this training for another 2 – 3 times, completing 21 – 28 minutes. Use dumbbells at the appropriate weight for your strength which will challenge you as long as you can complete the 45 seconds with me. Over time you can and should 😉 increase the weight.
