Keto Fish Biriyani ~ കീറ്റോ ഫിഷ് / മീൻ ബിരിയാണി ||recipe No.130|| With English Subtitles


INGREDIENTS:

Fish marination :
Fish – 1/2 kg
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder – 2 tsp
Fennel seeds powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Coconut oil – 1 tsp

Marinate fish & rest overnight (for better taste) or atleast 1 hour.
Fry in coconut oil. Do not fry till crisp.

Fish masala:
Oil (fish fried) – 3tbsp
Cardamom – 2
Cloves – 2
Cinnamon stick – small piece
Onion – 1
Green chilly – 10
Ginger-garlic paste – 1tbsp
Tomato – 1/2
Curry leaves – 1 stem
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 3 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Water – 2 tbsp
Coriander & mint leaves

Saute all spices + veggies & add masala powders. When no raw smell, add fried fish & carefully mix with masala. Close the lid & let it cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Open the lid & add chopped coriander & mint leaves. Close the lid & switch off the flame. Fish masala is ready. Keep aside.

For keto biriyani rice:
Grated cauliflower florets – 400-500gm
Ghee – 1 tsp
Cardamom – 1
Cloves – 1
Cinnamon – small piece
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Cook all ingredients till cauliflower softens & dries.

For seasoning:
Ghee – 1/2 tsp
Shallots – 4
Cashews / almond – 4
Roast shallots & cashews in ghee.

For keto fish biriyani :
Add fish masala to cooked keto biriyani rice. Mix well. Keto fish biriyani is ready. Garnish with seasoning & serve hot.
