For One
180ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
15g Coconut Flour
15g Flaxseed Meal
5g Vanilla Protein

For Two
360ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
30g Coconut Flour
30g Flaxseed Meal
10g Vanilla Protein

METHOD: For the best results please follow the tutorial provided in the video.
