Guess what I had to share this one with you all. This has been one of my most favorite and successful home workouts. Its the upper body workout without weights. Makes it mush easier ! YAY!! as this is no equipment workout. It’s essential to understand your body and hence loose weight at home in 15 mins workout.
The routine includes breaks . Indeed! with rounds as per your comfort level with this home workout.
