Ingredients:
Water – 300 ml
Tea Leaves – 1 tbsp
Heavy Whipping Cream – 3 tbsp
Grated Ginger – 1 tbsp
Cardamom Pods – 4
Stevia( or low carb sweetener of your choice) – 1 tbsp

Instructions:
Heat-up the water and add cardamom and the grated ginger and bring it to boil
Add the tea(black tea) leaves and boil for 2 minutes
Add Stevia( or low carb sweetener of your choice)
Now, turn off the gas flame and add in the heavy whipping cream and stir well
Strain the keto tea into your serving cups and then serve & Enjoy with your family
