Roasted Mixed Vegetables

2 bell pepper (any color of your choice)
1/2 red onion
1 zucchini
1 cup mushroom
1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 head broccoli
5 clove garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 salt
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Note: You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste.

Preheat Oven at 400 F

Roast the vegetables for about 25-30 minutes or until tender.
