Seekh Fry | Authentic Pakistani Recipe | Ideal For Keto, High Protein And Low Carb Diets

Ground Lean Beef: 1lb
Garam Masala: 2/3 tsp
Powdered Red Chili: 1/2 tsp
Crushed Rep Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds (Roasted/Crushed): 1/2 tsp
Coriander Seeds (Roasted/Crushed): 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder: 2/3 tsp
Paprika: 1 tbs (1/2tbs for the beef and 1/2tbs for the tarka)
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tbs
Papaya (Kacha Papita): 1 tbs
Yogurt: 2 tbs
Fried Onions: 1/2 cup
Corn Starch: 1 tsp
Green Chilies: 6-8 (Medium Size. 4-5 for the kabobs & 3-4 for the Tarka)
Lemon Juice: 4tbs (2 for the kabobs & 2 for the Seekh Fry)
Fresh Coriander For Garnishing

Tips: When blending the kabob material, make sure everything is well blended (with no lumps) and the mixture should be very smooth and soft

Don’t have a dark sear (color) on the kabobs when frying. If the crust would be dark on them, it would be hard to break them into small even pieces. Fry the kabobs on low-medium heat

If you want this recipe to be Keto or low carb, roast some almond flour in a frying pan and add that instead of Corn Starch
